I don't think it has anything to do with it. He just wants to be PM, he has waited ten years for Tony Blair to step aside, I think he probably really believes he could win the next election, but even if he doesn't at least he was primeminister for a year....

I just feel its wrong that hes walking into the job unchallenged and therefore hasnt imo , earned the right to be there
exactly. I say keep tony blair for a while yet and call an election. Let's see what the man is really made of. None of this well I don't have to do anything to become pm, because I am in my betters shadow and hes done.
