DJ Dave Horne, A Little Bit About The Man Of The Moment

You won’t find a harder working or more dedicated DJ in dance music than Dave. Over the last few years he has worked tirelessly to establish himself in an industry that is well-known for being one of the hardest to break through and the hardest one to get noticed in! His desire and hard-work have been recognised by some top promoters and have seen him DJ alongside some of the World’s best DJ’s, including ARMIN VAN BUUREN, PAUL OAKENFOLD and ABOVE & BEYOND. With a schedule of gigs currently extending into 2008, the future looks bright for Dave.

Dave’s sound is fundamentally Progressive. As The promoters at The Gallery @ Turnmills in London recently acknowledged, it’s his ability to craft “intelligient sets,” mixing the deeper Progressive sounds with the more Techy and Trancy tracks that make his style unique.
As well as playing a host of sets at top clubs, Dave has also been invited to provide guest mixes for a number of radio stations, such as the highly respected Galaxy FM. Recently, Dave played a live guest mix on Gavyn Mytchel’s prestigious Gallery Radio Show on MINISTRY OF SOUND RADIO. Furthermore, October 2007 saw the launch of Dave’s own new show, PROGRESSIVE INTUITION. The show airs every Tuesday (6pm-7pm) on http://www.staticprogress.com.

In the studio, Dave is currently working on several projects. 2007 has undoubtedly been a huge year for Dave as a DJ and he’s hoping to make 2008 just as big a year on the production front. As hard-working as he is, Dave keeps his feet firmly on the ground and has great respect for his counterparts in the industry. Ultimately, Dave has one aim: to become a nationally recognised name.

BIG are supporting him as are Reminisce locally and he has a great following of fans up and down the country...we all wish him the best at BIG HQ!!!
