You expect sleazy subhuman scum to frequent the sort of dives found in Moss Side and Cheetham Hill and obviously would employ the brassy hard nosed slags that are the natural partners of such trash to deal with it.
To qualify for and then have a career in Civil Service in the home of democracy a certain level of decorum and decency of behaviour is not only expected but is de rigueur, or you will stifle potential, blight careers and lose talented and dedicated employees to the detriment of the whole country.
Not quite the same as losing just another alcoholics apprentice in Moss side is it?
