Rhythmatic, after the summer tour in Greece with Carl Cox, Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren is now back on the London scene for their final winter session for 2010.
After our successful London comeback at The White House with Ashley Beedle we are back at Cargo, where in May for our Launch Party, Rhythmatic totally blasted the roof off Cargo, “that was an epic gig”. This time we are returning with the most promising line up yet.
We welcome for a first time at Rhythmatic, Ekkohaus, a fellow Greek DJ with his deep, jazzy house, techno. Ekkohaus (Cargo Edition) was nominated for the Ibiza DJ Awards, in the Best Newcomer category for the third time in the Minimal category.
Come and witness a true rising star alongside our residents, Wesley Razzy and Stathis Lazarides fresh from his summer residency at Cavo Paradiso where he played alongside some of the heavyweights of the house dance scene, Carl Cox, Sven Vath, Luciano, Reboot, Matthias Tanzmann, and Satoshi Tommie with his recent signing on Soweso record label.
Our Special Guest EKKOHAUS
Ekkohaus was born in Greece. He started with a classical music education, but after a few years he decided he had enough and he bought his first roland drum machine and a cheap synthesizer. Since then, he has been introduced to computer music and nowadays he combines software and hardware equipment for his live performances.
His live sets are a mix of house grooves, deep bass, quirky samples and minimal structures, all blended with an oldschool Detroit feeling. For the last few years Ekkohaus has been releasing music on various labels like Safari Electronique, Multi Vitamins, Kickboxer, Morris Audio, Serialism, Igloo, Flumo, After Dinner, Cargo Edition, Brut and Level. He has performed in London, Barcelona, Berlin, Florence, Bolognia, Munich, Kassel, Birmingham and a handful of venues in Athens, Greece.
He has recently started his own night, "strictly no dancing", a night that focuses to the art of listening and experiencing music, a fruitful new ground for social interaction and music education.

Well, what’s not to say about one of London’s brightest diamonds? The Rhythmatic team have more than created a name for themselves; with notorious collaborations like Cavo Paradiso, Amnesia Ibiza, People from Ibiza, Renaissance, Playa Divina plus many more. The team always pull out all the stops to bring the biggest of international flair to our shores.
This year Rhythmatic has gained invaluable media interest, and along with their DJ access and past line-up’s - it’s enough to make The DJ List’s head spin: Carl Cox, Hernan Cattaneo, Matthias Tazmann, Davide Squillace, Kabale Und Liebe, Lucca Bacchetti, Spencer Parker, Gregor Tresher, Simon Baker and countless more that have played host at their delectable parties - has lead Rhythmatic to be one of the most sought after events in the capital.
Even the Resident list holds infamous international legendary names with Mykonos mystro and underground soldier, Stathis Lazarides, OKO Recordings head honcho and recent sign at Get Physical Music, Betoko. Rhythmatic aren’t stopping there though and have a number of things up their sleeves which is sure to bring them up even more on the London raving ladder. Watch this ever changing Rhythmatic space that is never left empty for long.
