These young footballers are fucking idiots though. All that money and not a shred of sense, no wonder half of them have to hire life coaches so they know how to boil a fucking egg. Make they could instruct them in to not falling into these traps. I'm impressed though Donnie. I've been alive nearly 42 years and I have hung around with all kinds of people from crack heads to university graduates and not once have I ever had someone phone me asking if I want to get involved in a threesome, nor have I heard it happening to anyone else. I'm not saying it doesn't happen but to make it sound like the norm. Only in DonnieLand. I'm assuming the new evidence is based around text messages. the defence hinted months ago the appeal would be. If he is genuinely innocent of everything except being a bit of a twat then having his livelihood taken from him is pretty harsh. Muck sticks though. He spent two years inside, that's more than harsh. it's out of order. the judge said She ordered a retrial and said the appeal was upheld "on the basis that relevant and admissible evidence has come to light that was not available at trial and that undermines the safety of his conviction". At least he will have a decent career to go back to and not have to eek out a living as a man in a van or some shit like that. True, but the whole story was a tad dodgy from the start. Yes, no means no but she did go to the room voluntarily & didn't seem stressed when leaving after the "rape".
