Although the site administrators and forum moderators of HarderFaster will attempt to keep objectionable messages off these forums, it is impossible for HarderFaster to review all messages prior to their posting on the site. There is a 'Report this post to a moderator' link underneath every message posted on these forums and if members have any concerns over the content of a message, they should bring it to the attention of the forum moderators using this link.
All messages express the views of the author, and the owners of HarderFaster will not be held responsible for the content of any message.
Any messages or images that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-orientated, racist, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate any laws are considered unacceptable and will be removed from these forums. By posting a message, you agree that you will not post any material that is libellous, defamatory or unlawful, or that violates or infringes any trademark, copyright or similar rights of others. You further agree that you will not intentionally discriminate against, abuse, stalk, threaten or harass any particular individual(s) or organisations, or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others or those of HarderFaster.
Private messages are private and must not be posted on these forums.
The only Forum in which it is appropriate to post advertisements for events or anything else is the 'Upcoming Events and Adverts' Forum. Any messages which are considered by the moderators to be spamming the other Forums for the purposes of advertising will be moved to the appropriate forum or deleted at their discretion. After an initial warning, repeat offenders may have their accounts temporarily suspended or permanently disabled. Members should post a message in only one forum. Duplicate postings will be removed without warning and repeat offenders may have their accounts temporarily suspended or permanently disabled.
Only one account per person is permitted on the site except by prior agreement with the site administrators or forum moderators. Any abuse of multiple accounts will lead to duplicate accounts being disabled without notice and may result in 'naming and shaming'. In addition the main account may be temporarily suspended or permanently disabled
The site administrators and forum moderators of HarderFaster have the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread or posting for any reason. The site administrators may temporarily suspend or permanently block access to any user account and/or the entire site by anyone found abusing these conditions.
The moderators are here to help facilitate a positive experience for everyone in the community so if a moderator makes a request you must follow that instruction immediately. If you disagree with the instruction, do not use the forum or PM to argue the point backwards and forwards; comply with the request and thereafter contact the Site Administrator to raise the issue.
Public airing of your grievances with moderators' decisions is against our policy, it creates more work for everyone involved, and this is unlikely to result in a favourable outcome for your cause, whatever that may be. General questions about moderator duties and responsibilities, as well as questions about the site and functionality may be discussed in Announcements, Suggestions and Feedback. Specific concerns may be directed to the Site Administrator. Moderator decisions and your private discussions with moderators are NOT for public posting, debate or speculation - the moderators respect your confidentiality and expect the same in return.
A list of moderators and contact details for the Site Administrator can be found by clicking About at the top of every page.
Please note that moderators are users as well, and they are therefore free to express their views. Unless there is clear evidence of blurring between these two aspects (e.g. personal bias in moderation actions, or moderation threats in a strictly topical discussion), the moderators' right to personal opinions are to be respected. Unfounded accusations of moderator abuse or bias will not be tolerated.
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time and by your continued use of HarderFaster you confirm you will abide by these terms in force at the time.
Any abuse of these terms should be reported to abuse@HarderFaster.net or through the use of the 'Report' function detailed above.
