A diet mainly based on veggie is best. Think Asian, like Thai where meat, usually seafood is sparse. Unless you're lactose intolerant, you should include dairy in other for protein & to assist bone density.
I'm still amazed at how much carbs people continue to consume.
Pies, cakes, bread - it's non-stop.
Today I'm cooking a stir fry with tiger prawns but loads of veg, spicy sauce & noodles! Yum yum!
