This is a great story which isn't nearly as far-fetched and I love his sanguine approach to only being arrested once but turning his life around.

I'm 25 I think I'm still allowed to not consider consequences... whats the cut off line?

An age cutoff would vary as intelligence \ wisdom would also be a factor.

Ie The wiser you are the younger you'll be when you experience shrinkage.
