Congo Natty aka Rebel MC & Friends
When it comes to influences on the modern UK bass scene, few come close in stature to this legend of the game. From pop success as Rebel MC, to underground dominance as Congo Natty, his take on sample based music has influenced an entire generation of DJs, producers, and MCs and his tunes seem to have hardly aged at all, smashing up the dance as effectively now as they did then. This will be your first chance to see him as an MC in 15 years and he's bringing an unholy trinity of jungle's greatest MCs (Daddy Freddy, Top Cat, and Tenor Fly) with him. As if this wasn't enough, also joining him on stage will be some of the brightest talents of a new generation of bass junkies, including: Buggsy, Nanci & Phoebe, and Sister Mary.

Laid Blak
Support comes from a band who also grew up on jungle raves - Laid Blak. There's been an underground buzz around this Bristolian reggae band since their 2007 tune Red grabbed everyone's attention. But now, after a few years of plying the festival circuit here and in Europe, they've signed to a brand new label set up by Tricky and Island records founder Chris Blackwell. It looks like 2011 is Laid Blak's year and deservedly so. You can expect to hear a spectrum of reggae from good time carnival music though to the heaviest roots reggae. Truly a 'must-see'.

Aba Shanti-I
For 18 years the Aba Shanti sound has been a beacon for people of all ages, races, and creeds to come together in dub and harmony. Expect some biblical bass weight as Aba, who cut his teeth as an MC for Jah Tubby's, wields low-end weaponry to make your chest rattle.

Funky Flirt & MC Five-O
Representing the best of 90's drum n bass, it really doesn't come much better than these two. Both Kool FM veterans, Five-O is one of the godfather's of drum n bass MCing. If there's a rave he hasn't played it probably isn't worth going to. Expect the kind of set the word 'rinseout' was invented for.

Uncle Dugs
Another name synonymous with Kool FM is Uncle Dugs. Now presenting the only legal jungle radio show in the world on Rinse FM, Dugs has been a stalwart of the scene since the early 90's. As such he's eminently qualified to play the 'history of jungle' set he has in store for Redux. Expect to hear all your favourite classics alongside the super rare and obscure.Tune in to his Rinse show on Friday 1st July 11-2pm to hear an exclusive interview and guest mix with Rebel himself.
