well a few of the fruity plugs are vst compatible. i had the insight enough to make sure of that at least. some of the others work so its definately possible. anyway, since my post i found a lovly pack called Ultrafunk which totally rocks! nice one for the help anyway though.

still never figured out how to assign my damn rotary controllers to automate stuff tho.. i couldn't even get it assigned to general midi codes like volume and panning.. urgh. this is a steep hill boys, there'd better be strippers, beer and money at the top!

When you get it all mastered you can retire pretty soon after. There is loads of money in making music these days...

What's ultrafunk by the way and where did you get it?? Confused

Download my tune what I made:http://www.asyf86.dsl.pipex.com/And tell me what you think...

Saying that, Steinberg VSTs are compatible with programmes other than Cubase.

Not the ones which come with Cubase I don't think. The ones that come standalone eg Halion or The Grand will work with anything VST compatible.

Pretty much all retail VST/VSTi's will run on any sequencer you put them in, unless otherwise stated. It'll say on the installer about it.

You could just need to simply refresh the Channels box in FL. I forget that one a lot Laughs out loud

But native plug-ins won't work in others. Fruity 4's effects don't run on Logic, but they show up in a few wave editors. Same with Logic's effects.

Plus FL can't load up Logic's synths, like the ES1. Shame Frown

"Syfoon - Depth Charge" now available to buy from Trackitdown, part of the HF Unsigned Project.
"Syfoon vs K-Complex & The *TING* - Badgers on Acid", out soon on Nu Energy whites, followed by a *TING* bounce remix!

2) If you've ever used tht fruity Reeverb you'll know that it blows any of the standard logic plug-ins out of the water.

Yeah it's a shame -- loads of the Fruity plugins are awesome!

I love the compressor and the filters too.
