Seeing as its Christmas and a time for giving, The Gallery follow up last week’s Christmas Spectacular with a second night of festivities on Friday 23rd December. This week’s line-up again features a ridiculously rawkus selection (well it is Christmas after all!), most notably with the exclusive Gallery debut from Harlem Nights supremeo Steve Lawler. The ‘King of Space’ will be gracing the decks for a foot stomping 4 Hours, taking you through his trademark twisted house sound via some of the darkest and phattest beats around. Fittingly, Lawler lines up alongside Tim Sheridan - possibly the heir to his (twisted) throne. The NastyDirtySexMusic star has become clubland’s leading patron for underground wrongness and like Lawler will make a special main room guest appearance. Plastic Fantastic’s Oliver MacGregor joins the all-star cast, as does Trance Generation’s Ehren Stowers and Brighton’s Ciaran McCarthy for what looks set to be another must-go Gallery.
The backroom meanwhile laps up the guitar-laced goings-on of the Rock Da World crew with resident Daniele Davoli welcoming the amazing Loose Cannons in from the cold for a DJ Set. The Kiss FM boys take the term ‘hot as f**k’ to the next level, as they remain two of the most fun to watch dudes behind the decks. Electro legend Mark Moore joins the riotous Room 2 soiree with some synth-loving sounds later on, with extra DJ support from Chris Lloyd and John Walls. There’s also more house music capers up in the VIP Lounge courtesy of old skool trance heads Mea Culpa.
