Extended sets charge the dance at our next Collisions date. No stranger to marathon sessions, Ricardo Villalobos brings his dancefloor theatrics back to Room One for a full 6 hours. The German-Chilean's idiosyncratic minimalist arrangements have always suited longer playtimes, and through his career Villalobos has consistently showed us this during his early morning Room One voyages.
Craig Richards and Nicolas Lutz also play a 5-hour back-to-back set. Known for unearthing the best in forgotten techno, breaks & electro, the pair share a special relationship behind the decks built upon their mutual love of digging in electronic music's deepest corners. They join forces for Collisions, in Richards' words, "the aim being to cover as much musical ground as possible".
In Room Two, Dave Clarke joins us for a 4-hour set. Widely regarded as one of electronic music's modern masters, the techno baron's slamming Room Two sessions have been a staple of our Saturday night programming. Clarke will be bringing a serving of fully-charged techno and electro heat, joined by one of his close friends and frequent studio collaborators, Mr. Jones.
