A night of Future-facing / bass inspired hip-hop and electronica to celebrate the launch of our debut-album-proper; 'Death Don't Always Taste Good' - dropping on the 11th May on the sister label to the 20/20 club night....
We've got a lot of ground to cover so we're giving ourselves some extra elbow room and playing an extended set…. But we're also carrying on our tradition of flying in special guests from the USA.
He pioneered the fusion of Cali-Beats x British Bass years ago with his work on Rwina Records; minted the Shades project with Alix Perez, and most recently collaborating with G Jones on an enviably expansive North American tour. Our special guest headliner is the quintessential future bass OG; EPROM.
Also jumping across the pond to join us at the party are the duo who last year dropped the incredible "Exodus" E.P on our 20/20 Label. Going by the name Paint, Tsuruda & Huxley Anne have an energy and style all of their own. Tsuruda just came off a tour supporting Mr. Carmack, Huxley has just been named as a figurehead in the "L.A Beats Scene 2.0" article by Mixmag, and between them they deliver one of the most captivating stage shows you'll ever see.
Unlike any of our previous venues, Corsica has a 2nd Arena.... Keep your eyes peeled for the announcement of whose handling business in there shortly. A lot of thought has gone into creating a counterbalance to Room 1!
