Long Marston Airfield DETAILS Address: Campden Road Stratford Upon Avon Warwickshire, CV37 8LL Nearest Tube: Phone: Last updated: 18 Jul 2006 Massive outdoor venue used for Global Gathering and Phoenix Festival. Capacity: 50,000 Directions: By Train: For comprehensive train information please contact National Rail on 08457 484950 or visit http://www.nationalrail.co.uk. There will be a syuttle bus service from Stratford-upon-Avon station to and from the feastival site throughout the weekend. By Car: From the North - At junction 3a on the M42 take the M40 south to junction 15. Then take the A429 onto the Wellesbourne bypass and then onto the A3400 towards Stratford. Then take the B4623 and follow signs to the event site. From the South - Leave the M40 at junction 12 and follow the signs onto the B4451 then right on to the B4100. Continue up to the island and tke the B4455 towards Tredington. Turn right on the the A3400 and then left onto the B4632. From the M5 - Leave the M5 at juction 9 and follow the A46 towards Stratfo0rd-upon-Avon for arrpoximately 15 miles. Turn right at the 8th roundabout towards Bidford on teh B439. Follow this road for about 4 miles and then turn right torards Welford and Long Marston. As you near the festival look out of festival signs and follow directions given by stewards once onsite. Great nite had by all, my 7th global, and its still as great as ever! Mr Van Buuren, smashed it with 3 hour set and orbital were totally 'out there' even threw bit of Dr who in2 the mix!
