Label: D.MAX Recordings
Format: Digital
Genre: Trance

Banging trance all the way here from Ico. This is "Restless" and its on popular German label D.MAX. While its deeper imprint suits those who like their trance a bit more progressive, the main imprint is for the harder, more uplifting, form of trance.

With four mixes to choose from, Restless does offer a version to suit most tastes. For me, its New World who provides the stellar re-rub full of wondrous synths and positive vibes. The Original Mix is hard and bouncy with a huge sense of wonder about it. RVM, a name new to me, provide(s) a leaner but still uplifting rejig that compliments the Original quite well. Space Garden, however, just about steals the crown from New World with a hugely entertaining banger. At nearly nine minutes, it fits everything into a tightly packed shell.

To sum things up, its the New World and Space Garden mixes that most appeal to me. I can't really make a decision even though I said New World was the pick. At a punt, I'll say both mixes deserve equal praise; as does the Original Mix.
