We are very much in the electric age. There's a reason why this title looks familiar to me. Its because there's an album called "The Electric Age" by a heavy metal act called Overkill. Relax though; this isn't heavy metal. This is trance and its on Mondo Records.
This one is chunky and meaty. Can that really describe this track? Yes. Yes, it can. It almost sounds progressive as well but not overly so. Its got a nice funky vibe to it with a nice plonky synth line running through it; one for the warm up sets. Just wait until you hear the electronic buzz. Electrifying!
Hydro Poison have gone a bit more methodical in their re-rub. Slightly chunkier but even more techier. If that makes sense. The beats are slower here but that gives it more of an edgier feel with Orjan Nilsen-esque sounds incorporated into it. Its quite cool actually.
