Label: Nu Depth Digital
Format: Digital
Genre: Trance

On to Nu Depth's digital empire now and the new one from Ross Anderson and Syntra. This is Ascension and it includes a bonus track on the flip called Initiate.

Those familiar with the Danny Powers brand of trance will know what to expect; pure banging music with a powerful updraught and melodic overtones. This is the 14th release on the Nu Depth Digital brand and its a good one. Certainly one for Team 140 with a nice tinkly piano riff and some nice uplifting synths coming in. Proper trance bizznizz? Oh, yes. Big grin

On to Initiate which is harder and a bit more p-p-powerful in melody, tone and tempo. Its certainly more full-on than the a side and it packs quite a wallop as well. Anthemic trance of the highest order, I think. Its probably the better track for me but for a lighter tone, Ascension might be your thing.
