What are your thoughts on women doing the same work as men in the boardroom and receiving less money? Fair?

Yes, it's fair. Sure, they play less sets but it doesn't mean they don't work as hard proportionately.

Give me an example! Women are more on an even keel nowadays IMO especially when it comes to office work etc.

No, I think its unfair! The mens game has so much more entertainment, they work harder and play for a lot longer. I dont think its fair when sport is involved. I would rather watch the mens final over the womens final if they played at the same time, sure most people would and therefore as they bring in the bigger crowds they should get more pay.
