Why didn't they name you Harry if they liked that name.
I am sure that when the two princes were named what they would be known as by the public was taken into consideration. William and Henry are about as traditionally royal as you can get, but they could also be seen as being quite formal. Harry and Wills makes them seem far more accessible. PR is a massive consideration where the royals are concerned.

AFAIK Harry is what Diana called Henry.
