I had been bored and about to jump off but then imagined what it must be like for them and it really motivated to keep me running and I even beat my own PB. I also watched a bit of the weight lifting and it helped when I was doing my weights to imagine how hard the women must train for the Olympics. I was able to compare what I was doing with what they were doing and it gave me a whole new appreciation for them.
