No - but it has helped with my motivation for training, e.g., the other day the 1500 men's final was on and I happened to be running on the treadmill while watching it. I had been bored and about to jump off but then imagined what it must be like for them and it really motivated to keep me running and I even beat my own PB. Smile

I also watched a bit of the weight lifting and it helped when I was doing my weights to imagine how hard the women must train for the Olympics. I was able to compare what I was doing with what they were doing and it gave me a whole new appreciation for them.
