It's been stated that the British are good at the 'sitting down' sports, so I'll be practising more of that.

I may start playing badminton again, but I just keep aggravating a few old injuries when I play competitive sports.

Same here, it's great fun and great exercise.
Problem is I have a recurring wrist injury [insert joke here], a recurring shoulder injury and a rather dodgy knee all gained from playing sports.
Like Nomi, my body is a wreck due to sport & I don't think it would take anything competitive. I'll probably just stick to the gym.

Suffering from a small case of mood poisoning, must be something I hate.

Not take up new sports, but do more.

Wondering how Boris's 2 hour's sport every day for school kids will work, currently the target is 2 hours a week.

Everybody's favorite bigot makes another headline grabbing statement and in the middle of Olympic fever the masses think him great for it. But he hasn't mentioned how we are going to pay for it. More hot air from an old windbag.

Couldn't go an hour without mentioning my name.
How sweet, or is that pathetic.

I think it is fair to say that everyone on the Internet is annoying.

Next week is tricky for me, could possibly do Thursday but will be a tad hungover from Wednesday.
