The nuclear battery is a good idea, one of the things that really restricted the last rovers has been keeping their solar panels clean enough to keep them warm over winter, and obviously they had to sleep at night. With a nuclear power source this bad boy should be able to keep going 24/7 for up to 14 years. That sounds like a description of Webbo's partying 'career'!
