driving to work this morning there was a fucking tractor with about 30 tonnes of horse shit on the back and i drive down a 3-4 mile stretch of carriageway which u cant take over anyone, it was doing about 20-30mph on a 60mph road. i had to take over it, it fucking stunk and i wouldve been late. surely this is against the law?
if it isnt it fucking should be,
the que behind us was fucking massive. i had to take over about 3 cars, fucking awesome i am fair play

On motorways I think there is but your average road, I don't think so, especially for farm equipment etc.

Slow farm vehicles aren't strictly speaking really supposed to go more than about 3 miles (eg between farms, fields)but will depend on tax they pay. They are also meant to pull over within a mile if they have four or more cars behind them. This is both a legal requirement as if cars behing have crash, they could be done. It's also considered good etiquette by farming community.
