No! What's worse is yummy mummies and their screaming little kids allowed to run riot around Starbucks while I'm trying to enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet. It's a fucking coffee shop, not a creche!!!
Lets be honest if you want to 'enjoy your coffee' don't go to Starbucks, their coffee's shit.
This.
The one that gets me is the pub. A few years ago a five year old punched me in the nuts in the pub. I went fucking ballistic and shouted at the little bastard, and I was made out to be the bad guy. It was insane.

The only time I've ever felt like sitting down in a coffee shop is when we have the kids with us.
The only times i've ever felt the need to go to Starbucks is when i've go half an hour to kill before a meeting and need to find wifi. Even then Starbucks is the very last resort. However the make getting on Wifi more complicated than necessary as they are tied to certain networks.
Local coffee shops, not only have better cheaper drinks, but will usually just have the wifi key written on the wall. Simple.
It's amazing how Starbucks have managed to create just am amazing brand when the products in reality isn't very good. It's just gives the perception of being quite good.

God I wish my life was so boring that I had the time and energy to devote to getting vexed about what other people are up to.
...and then venting those vexes on a forum.,,

Our local coffee shop is awesome.
I got a bucket (well very large cup) of coffee one Monday morning as I was feeling a little flakey.
It was so strong I practically shat myself and by 10am I couldn't function. I ended up taking the rest of the day off work and then jittered and convulsed on the bus on the way home.
I think it is fair to say that everyone on the Internet is annoying.

Not really, I think a working environment is no place for a child, both for the child and the adult.
We're talking about bringing them in once a while, not every day.
