Considering you can run XBMC on a Raspberry Pi I would've thought it'd be no problem for Ouya.

You can run it on a Pi, but it won't be fun. A lot of people have gone and bought them because they thought they could cut it as a HTPC and been disappointed.

Admittedly I haven't done any research on it but I did hear it mentioned on a podcast a while back and they didn't give any indication of any problems.

Oh well.

Well, people saw on the specs that it could output video at a nice high resolution and got carried away. Bottom line is bugger all RAM though, which makes it pretty limited. Give it double the RAM and an ARMv7 chip and it'd be able to do a lot more. They should be able to do that in a year or two at the same price point.
