So many kettles, this thing is bigger than we could have hoped!

Oh, and as regards the OP. The Alessi/Starck lemon squeezer is a perfect example where it looks 1000 times nicer than normal ones, but is probably less functional and a pain to clean.

I think we had a bin in the kitchen that looked great but stopped actually opening after a while styleFAIL.
