If you mean file-sharing then yes. Although not very often at all tbh. Anyway, the internet isn't all about illegal file sharing. You could be watching HD video streams [via iPlayer or Lovefilm] or playing a cloud gaming service like Onlive, perhaps multiple people in your house will be doing this at the same time.
