£22 a month and for that I get something like 3000 3to3 mins (few of my mates are on 3), 3000 messages and 900 anytime mins 1gb of data.

That's pretty damn good and I would normally be swayed to try that, but good customer service is important to me, I get massively fucked off when I have to phone virgin media (which is very rare, actually) customer services if ever something goes wrong because I get routed to india and they don't know what the fook they're talking about which delays things MASSIVELY, and I end up being a bit racist on the phone and then slamming down the phone only to call back, once again. I can't be doing with that.

My main issue has been the reliability of the service itself. Internet drops off for ages, calls terminate unexpectedly, service is too unpredictable, I can't use Spotify or Soundcloud and tethering is unreliable, so when I want to connect to work with my laptop, it makes it impossible.

xxxx minutes and xxxx texts for a bargain price isn't important. I'd happily pay several quid a week more for a decent service.

I can recommend Tmobile, especially since they merged with Orange which means better coverage.

£40 for an allowance of a mix of 2500 texts/1250 mins to any network or land line in Europe, "unlimited" (3Gb fair use) data including tethering, plus another mobile data stick with "unlimited" (3Gb fair use) data.

Looking back I think I've paid between £30 and £50 a month on my mobile phone for around 20 years.

£510 - £612 is pretty expensive Disturbed

You'd end up paying that over the contract anyway. I'd rather have a £10 per month plan TBH.

T mobile is great for phones, but crap for wireless I'm finding. Connection gets really patchy at times, so will be ending the contract at some point when I am sure that my housemate's wireless really is "all that" at all times.

A little rudeness and disrespect can elevate a meaningless interaction to a battle of wills and add drama to an otherwise dull day.
